Been a few days, but here we go.

Carpet padding is down and we're ready for the carpet! Woohoo!

We're rapidly winding down.

Here's what is left:
*More painting (Wed and Thurs)
*Backsplash (Wed and Thurs)
*Installation of refrigerator and range (Wed)
*Storm door (Wed or Thurs)
*Front and back door handles (Thurs)
*Carpet (Wed)
*Final finish of hardwood floors (Fri)

That should be it except for some minor details that may or may not be taken care of this fall. With the cold temperatures, we may have to wait on a few things like the deck stain and painting the red bricks on the lower portion of the house. But, keep your fingers crossed that we get a stretch of warm/dry weather. Those things could eventually get done after all.

We're REALLY close!! Can't wait to get back in our house!!
