November 1st!

That is the "goal" set for us to move back in. Yes, that is a Sunday, but I think it's just a general target. Everything looks very good to be able to meet that unofficial date since they are painting this week as well as finishing some electrical work.

The only things left:

• Painting (inside and out)
  
• Gutters/downspouts
• Finish electric, HVAC, plumbing
• Carpet
• Hardwood final coats
• Inspections
• Clean-up and grade the yard
  
• Locks/handles on doors
• Shower door
• Bath accessories

Lot of little things but won't take that long. But it definitely appears we will be back in before Christmas...Thanksgiving even. Hell, maybe even Halloween!

Garage Door!

At long last! Finally got rid of that stinkin' heavy door and replaced it with a brand new one. Woohoo!!





Yes, the door is kind of off center but that's just the way our house is...a little off center everywhere. It's quirky, but it's ours.
