Just found out Duke Energy - the brilliant minds - are charging us $325 to have our power transferred to the temporary pole.
It's a distance of no more than 50 feet and I've been told is a simple task.
$325! They can't cry poverty any more!
Disclaimer: I'm irritated. Sorry for the rant. I feel better, but still not happy!
