Behind the white door...

So our new front entry door was put on today. We had a cow when we saw it because we did not order a white door. But, what we didn't know is that they always ship the doors this color and we'll have the painter apply the color we chose. BIG RELIEF!!

So, which door is better?

OK so the stairs were cut wrong. They don't meet up right, but they'll be fixed tomorrow.

As for the kitchen, the floor connecting to the back wall is down. See?



Which means the stairs are gone, as you can see here...

Also today we discovered our rooms were all framed and we got to see a little preview of what things are going to look like.

Now all we need is electric, insulation, drywall, and paint and it'll be done. No problem!

What a cool surprise we got this afternoon when we walked in the door.

A few days ago, our foyer looked like this...

Our foyer is completely open. The roof was removed and you can see up into the second level now. Really brings some light into the house. Very nice!

Not much today

Some little things happened Tuesday but nothing anyone would consider major...but in an effort to put up something every day, here you go...

Wash tub is gone

We got a big surprise when we got home Friday. Shockingly the guys finished the second floor and put on the roof in the same day. It was amazing to see. See for yourself...
